1) Age of drivers: Must be Over 23 years old
2) Driver’s license: must be valid for at least one year. For some countries which are not members of the European Union, the international driving license is mandatory
3) Guarantee: credit card is mandatory for car rental (it is not charged). We accept visa or Mastercard
4) Payment: possibility of payment by card or cash upon receipt
5) Possibility for extra CDW, LDW insurance is offered at extra cost. Also all cars are insured with third parties
6) Insurance Exceptions: Insurance does not apply if the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs. When the driver violates the rules of the traffic code regulations of Greece or when the driver leads to an unsafe and inaccessible, dangerous area (swampy area, rocky, sandy beaches, etc.)
7) In case of accident or other problem, call our office immediately
8) Traffic fines: All tickets are paid by the responsible renter of each vehicle
9) Parking: allowed in special parking areas
10) Drop off vehicle: The tenant is obliged to return the vehicle on the agreed day, time and place as stated in the contract. The car should be in the same condition as it is delivered inside and out. the tenant is allowed to delay the delivery of the vehicle up to 30 minutes from the agreed delivery time. In case of exceeding the time limit, there will be extra charge depending on the time of delay.
11) Gasoline: The quantity of gasoline should be returned the same as the quantity of delivery, there is no compensation for gasoline that was not consumed
12) Renting outside the island is allowed only with the written consent of our office
13) Cancellation policy: Free cancelation in case you inform us 21 days before your arrival date. In case of returning the car before the agreed time/date, as written on the contract there is no refund
14) Pets are allowed after agreement with our agency
